Hey friend,

I’m reflecting on the themes of this project, all around showing up…

And lately I’m in awe of the power of asking for help – as a way of showing up for yourself. Y’all, I wouldn’t be completing this project without the help of so many people…

• Help from you to make this project possible
• Help from my producer who has supported me in completing this music in a way I feel so proud of
• Help from the musicians who played on the album who brought my vision to life
• Help from the mastering engineer who sent me the tracks on rush order so we could meet our deadline
• Help from my queen organizer Gia Hellwig who I meet with every week, she keeps me grounded and encourages me to get shit done
• Help from my friends when I need to talk
• Help from my coach who challenges me and supports me each week
• Help from random strangers in the community who are on board with my music release concert ideas

Nothing can be done in a vacuum and I am immensely grateful to have the courage to ask and the ability to gracefully receive support. I could not do this without you. Thank you for being here <3
